Our Operational Methodology

All our approved work orders are carefully input into our internal portal of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, collected from the perspective customers detail stored in our own centralised repository.
We assign highly qualified and experienced account managers, dedicated to handling each approved work orders with perfection. Our industry trained personnel acts as a strong medium between our team of well-experienced software developers and valued customers in place.
The approved work orders are then efficiently handed over to the respective project managers that are then put on development based on your specific requirements.
The works are then developed according to the client specifications with the utmost care and sent for feedback to the customers. Once the approval is attained from the client, the programming process is then implemented on the software designs. The completed work is then sent to the customers once again for reviewing. We maintain transparent communication to allow the customers to be well-aware of the project in development at every step of the way.
Upon completion, the developed programming work is then sent to the internal software quality assurance team for testing. During the testing period, the ordered application undergoes a thorough and complete software testing life cycle before delivering the project with high standard finish.
